State College Area YMCA (SCAY) Swim Team Our team is a year-round competitive swim team offering quality coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities. The goal of our team is to provide every member an opportunity to improve swimming skills and achieve success at his or her level of ability, from novice to national qualifier. We are a YMCA club that offers USA Swimming opportunities, run by the head coach and assisted by a volunteer Parent Board which meets each month. All swim team members are encouraged to bring any questions or concerns they may have to the attention of the head coach. It is also expected that family members be involved in team activities by volunteering at home and away meets. |
