YMCA PA State Championships Day 1 Recap

Congratulations to our State Team! 
 

Girls 11-12 400 free relay team of Emme Lago, Sophia Werle, Mackabrie Winter and Emme Podgurski placed 10th 

Girls 13-14 400 free relay team of Lily Behler, Cassidy Donaghy, Caylynn Dixon, and Isla Reite placed 9th overall.
Boys 13-14  400 free relay team of Jack Wolfe, Connor Dixon, Lucas Mercier and Damien Orfanoudakis placed 9th overall. 
The  11-12 boys 400 free relay team placed 3rd with a new team record of 3:59.84. Congratulations to Odin Leonard, Gavin Hagelgans, Mariano Fernandez- Murillo and Kingston Lin. 
 

In individual events:

Lucas Mercier placed 8th in the 1650 freestyle.

Kingston Lin placed third in the 200 butterfly 

Kingston Lin placed second in the 100 IM 

Odin Leonard placed fourth in the 100 IM 

Isla Reite placed 5th in the 50 free 

and Damien Orfanoudakis won the 400 IM setting a new 13-14 boys team record of 4:17.13
