Enfinity's Masters program is an organized group of adults (18+ yrs) that train together in Winston-Salem and Greensboro.  Above all else, our group values friendship through fitness.

Our Approach

Our team is comprised of individuals who use swimming to complement their healthy lifestyles!  Our masters training group has members that range from novice swimmers to athletes with a rich and extensive history in the sport.  We have swimmers that train both for general fitness all the way up to national competitions.  EAC Masters is a friendly group that welcomes all skill levels.

Our Workouts

We have a workout of the day that is tailored to each lanes' focus.  Our practice is broken down into separate lanes with varying levels of intensity and focus.  In one practice it's not uncommon to find new swimmers working on basics, distance swimmers/triathletes grinding out laps, and/or ex-college swimmers hitting a hard workout (basically...   • Practices:

    • Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7-8am

    • Tuesday and Thursday 12noon - 1pm
