Why Enfinity?

1. Coaches -  Our Owners, Tim Hillen and Korey McCulley were named to the National Team Coaching staff for the 2018 - 2019 season. In the state of North Carolina, Tim and Korey are 2 of only 4 active coaches to ever recieve this recognition. Coach Katherine Holian, North Carolina Swimming's 2020 Coach of the Year supports our Age Group Program in Greensboro, bringing years of knowledge and proven success with her. We additionally have 3 former Cuban Olympians: Gunther Rodriguez-Osorio, Neisser Bent, and Marco Hernandez.  Our staff is unmatched in the level of knowledge, energy, experience and are simply the best and brightest in what they do. 

2. USA Silver Level Team- EAC is the ONLY team in the Triad to receive this level of recognition from USA Swimming in the past 10-years (2012-2023).  

3. Safety - Enfinity is a USA Swim Safe Sport Team.  This recognition "allows a member club to demonstrate its commitment to promoting healthy and positive environment free from abuse for all of its members through the development and implementation of club governance measures, Safe Sport policies and reporting mechanisms, Safe Sport best practices and training to athletes and parents." (from USA Swimming website).

4. College Planning - Our coaches work with our junior and senior swimmers to layout a roadmap to help them identify and achieve their collegiate goals reagardless of whether or not swimming is part of that goal.

5. EAC Community - Building relationships beyond the pool is another advantage for our swimmers and their families.  Through service, social events, and fun activties we are able to create a supportive bond between our families.   

6. Technique - EAC believes in applying hardwork after a strong foundation of technique and skills have been developed. We do this through positive feedback, simple drills, repetitive details, and fun challenges.  

7. One Team, Three Locations- Winston Salem, Kernersville, and Greensboro are all connected with a consistent experience of skills, drills, coaching, and fun.  Coaches meet weekly from all locations to make sure the connection remains solid.  At meets and social events, we act as one team and it shows!

8. A Proven Success - In only 10 years, we have seen 50+ swimmers go on to swim on the national and/or collegiate level!  A large number of our swimmers are invited each year to swim in the Junior Olympic meet and other large regional meets.

9. Fun - We focus all of our swimmers regardless on of age and level to form a healthy relationship with physical activity and a respect for the water.  Our desire is for the love for the sport of swim to be so strong, that our athletes build lifelong relationships they can continue throughout their life.

10. Our Swimmers are HAPPY! -  EAC was rated a 9.7/10 in terms of recommending our club to friends by our current swim families.
