Our Novice Program provides a progressive swim program for swimmers ages 4–12 in the Homer area. Whether your child is just beginning or working toward joining our competitive team, our program is designed to support swimmers of all abilities as they grow in skill and confidence. Our club emphasizes ongoing proper technique development and equips our athletes with confidence in the water, vigorous health, and competitive success. We offer multiple swim groups tailored to specific levels. Swimmers advance when the right combination of skill, age, and commitment come together. KSC’s focus is not only on swimming, but also helping kids learn lifelong skills. They will learn discipline, goal setting, time management, healthy habits and more. It's all done in a supportive environment filled with friendship and fun. So, whether you are looking for help in creating a great swimmer, or perhaps just a great kid, KSC is the place for you.
In addition to developing all-important lifelong swimming skills, this sport helps young athletes learn confidence and self-discipline in an encouraging environment, under the direction of experienced coaches.
