Fall 2022 Unofficial Time Trial Results

Hello KSC parents!

Thank you to everyone who came to watch and volunteer at our first time trial of the season! Good job to all the swimmers! We all had a blast. I just wanted to let you all know how much we appreciate you and your kids in swim club.

The results for this unofficial time trial are on the KSC website. Just click on the Swim Team tab and then go down to Meet Results. It is the “Fall 2022 Unofficial Time Trial”. We will be posting all of our results on this page as the year goes on, along with posting them at the pool by the laminated time standards on the bulletin boards (in the front entry and in the pool area).

Coming up soon, our next official home meet is our annual Turkey Time meet on 18-19 November 2022! We host this meet with borough teams in attendance along with some Anchorage teams. This is a good chance to work on getting some Age Group and/or Junior Olympic qualifying times! The invite for this swim meet, with the full event list, will be on the club website and posted at the pool along with more information about how to volunteer. Swim meets require lots of volunteers to run a meet and we need everyone’s help. This is a great opportunity to get in your volunteer hours. We always need physical help at the meets, not just food donations, but both are greatly appreciated. In the meantime, under Team Events find Turkey Time Invitational 2022, click on the "Edit Commitment" tab and sign up your swimmer! You will click on the “Attend/Decline” button, then select your swimmer(s) name, then under declaration select “Yes, please sign [swimmer] up for this event.” Then click “Save Changes”. You should then see a green check mark next to the word “Committed”. If you have any questions or need help, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
