Lifeguards needed! Upcoming class in August.
Hi swim families!
As many of you know our pool manager, Bethany Miller, is pregnant and due in November! The pool is also super short staffed! In order to be able to keep the pool open, when Bethany is on maternity leave, she needs to hire more lifeguards.
Bethany will be having a LG class, August 18-20th. If you have EVER been a lifeguard before, or haven't, but are interested in taking the class and working, please email Bethany at [email protected]. She will need help with various hours during the week and with rentals on various Saturdays. Especially important for KSC, we will need lifeguards in order for us to run our Novice Program and competitive swim team.
Lifeguard pay is $18/hour for brand new guards, and $20/hour for those with 1+ years experience as a LG. For those who have been a LG before, within the last 10 year and has documentation of previous experience, Bethany will be hosting a class on Thursday, August 17th at 1pm.
