REMINDER: Bring Swimmer & Parent Code of Conduct to 1st Practice
Hi KSC swim team families!
Just a reminder to bring a signed copy of the Swimmer Code of Conduct and Parent Code of Conduct to your first practice this week. This form is necessary to participate with the KSC Swim Team. If swimmers bring their form to their 1st practice, they can pick up their free fun cap. I will have forms at the pool in case you can't print them out, but I’ve also included the forms below. Thank you to those who have already handed their forms in.
Also, this is a good time to check your USA Swim membership and make sure it is up to date. USA Swim should be sending you a renewal reminder as the membership expires on December 31st. You will need to renew your swimmers USA Swim membership for the rest of the swim season through USA Swimming. Let me know if you have any questions.
