Shadowing an Official: Want the best view of your child’s races while making a positive impact on their swim meets? As a USA Swimming official, you’ll be right on deck, helping to ensure every meet runs smoothly and fairly. The Kenai Peninsula is seeking parent volunteers to become swim officials which is a great way to meet all your volunteer hours every season.
Take the first step—no commitment required! Join us for a one-hour shadowing opportunity at the Turkey Time Swim Meet this Saturday. It’s a fun, easy way to see what being an official is all about while staying close to the action.
