As a USA Swimming member club located within the state of Pennsylvania utilizing the facilities of the Mt Lebanon School District and Mt Lebanon Township, MLAC is obligated to comply with various levels of employee and volunteer requirements, in order to ensure the best possible environment for our athletes as well as to maintain good standing status in all governing bodies. 

Below is a detailed checklist of the various levels of requirements for each respective member of MLAC. These factor in requirements from the aforementioned governing bodies. MLAC follows a five-year cycle for validity of compliance documents for non-employees. 

All compliance documents for non-employees are uploaded into our compliance and worker platform, Galaxy. Each individual will need to create an account for themselves - unfortunately, there is no ability to multi-upload documents for multiple individuals within the same family and each individual will need to have their own account with Galaxy.

Please note that though MLAC takes its lead from the volunteer policy and procedures set forth from the Mt Lebanon School District, MLAC is not affiliated with or a part of the MTLSD.
