Great Whites – 3 practices a week – Tue/Thur/Sat (monthly dues $110 we do not prorate for missing practices and do not do make ups) Must register with USA Swimming yearly cost up to $82

This group represents our entry level group into our competitive program. Athletes in this group are expected to demonstrate the ability to swim all 4 competitive strokes legally, for at least a 25 or 50 (freestyle). The expectation of athletes in the group is strong progression of stroke technique, laying the foundation for building swimming confidence and endurance. These athletes will consistently work on streamlines, dolphin kicking, kicking endurance, technique and begin to understand racing over short distances. They are expected to attend 2 swim meets a year and start to develop team identity and team focus.
