This area is intended for swimmer, parent, or coach to have the resources to develop themselves and help each other to grow outside of the pool. See below for information regarding nutrition, goal setting, dryland, and a feature on the mental aspect of swimming to become better swimmers and people. This is a work in progress, so some sections may not have information in them yet, but please check back frequently to see how our team is growing!

General Nutrition Tracking Sheet - intended for swimmers / parents of all ages who are not in the Gold Group. This is basic intro to food tracking with focus on WHEN we are eating, rather than what or how much.

Gold Nutrition Tracking Spreadsheet - intended for swimmers of the Gold Group to allow for more indepth food tracking for optimal performance fueling. Ideally, this would be completed (even partially) prior to April 9th in person session.
