Participation Requirements for 2012 - 2013 (Age Group and Senior)

Every family must do one job in the Fall and one in the Spring.

Below is a list of jobs that need to be filled. Please contact Kim Isaak ([email protected]) to sign up for a job. 

Travel coordinator (hotel/bus/plane reservations)

Pampered Chef Party

Swim A Thon coordinator

Team Travel food - organize

Birthday caller

Plan a PA day activity

Plan a community outreach activity

Christmas party coordinator (2 people)

Year end Banquet coordinator (3 people)

Volunteer coach – invited by Brandon

Bingo bag runner

Jr BYST - group parent

Age Group - group parent

Senior Group  - group parent

Team bulletin boards/ Team records

Participation Program Coordinator

Communication coordinator

Fundraisers (youth dance, Bulls game)

Jr. BYST registration assistant

Meet event tickets for swim meets

Certified Professional (speaker, lawyer, etc) invited and approved by Brandon and executive.
