Officials for our first home meet of the season. November 23 - 24
To volunteer as an official, please sign up on the OSOA.ca website.
If you don’t have an account on the OSOA website, you will need to create one in order to sign up the meet.
Once you have an account –

Log in

Click on the Meets tab at the top of the page

Click on Register for Meets

Find the BYST Fall Extravaganza meet

Click on Select a Session

Select the session(s) you want to work

Under the Comments, list the job you would like to work at the meet.
In order to complete the sign in grid for the day of the meet, all volunteers need to sign up through the OSOA website. This includes all “on deck” and all “off deck” jobs (including sales, hospitality, awards, safety marshal.)

BYST Participation Requirement – We have 4 swim Meets (for a total of 21 sessions)
Each family is required to work 9 sessions per swimmer (up to a maximum of 18 sessions) *First year Jr BYST families are exempt from working at our home meets (although you are more them welcome to volunteer if you wish)
*Second year Jr BYST families are required to work 6 sessions per swimmer
*Third year Jr BYST families are required to work the 9 sessions per swimmer
