WELCOME TO INTERMEDIATE!
Intermediate- Swimmers practice 4-6 times per week and participate in swim meets throughout the year. Practices take place Dolson pool. Swimmers at this level are committed to swimming improvement/development and participate in swim meets across southern Ontario throughout the season.
