Today is the third day at the Canadian Eastern Championship. 2 Ducks swam today, Nanami Fukamachi-Jones in 200 Backstroke, and Nicole Lau in 50m Breaststroke. At morning preliminaries, Nanami seeded 55th finished 35th. Nicole swam a personal best and ranked 3rd going into A finals. Her time at preliminary broke her own club record.
