Forms

These forms are to be completed by all existing and returning officials:

Roles of Officials

Officials are an important part of every swim club. Without officials, it would be impossible to host a swim meet. See the "How Many People does it Take to Host a Swim Meet at our Home Pool" for details about officiating positions, how many volunteers it takes to run a meet and how you can earn your levy hours.

In order to help out at swim meets, you must attend short clinics or take online courses to learn the various positions.

New swim parents

Start with the Level 1 Timekeepers course - this course is a great introduction to what to expect at a swim meet. Please note that you will also receive levy hours for taking a course!

Officials Uniform

Official's Wear is available to order at our Spirit Wear Sale AND at our Timekeeping Clinic in the fall.

Already a qualified official and want to help out?
