CODE OF CONDUCT – Parent

Orangeville Otters Swim Club (OTTERS) is committed to providing an environment that enables athletes to achieve their potential and where all individuals (athletes, coaches and families) are treated with respect.

  15. Acknowledge and accept that compliance with these terms and others the Board of Directors may impose from time to time are conditions of my child or children’s registration and membership in the Club.
  16. Acknowledge and accept that any threat or initiation of legal action against the “Club” will necessitate the immediate suspension of the family from any OTTERS programming until the issue has been resolved, with no financial consideration and further, that reinstatement will be determined by the Board of Directors.
