Goal for this group:

 

  • The Masters Swim program is designed for adult swimmers of all levels—from beginners seeking fitness to seasoned athletes pursuing competitive goals. Our objective is to foster a supportive, inclusive environment where individuals can pursue personal growth, improve their swimming skills, and enjoy the benefits of regular exercise.

    Structured workouts focus on enhancing technique, building endurance, and developing strength, with modifications available to suit varying abilities and goals. Whether participants are training for swim meets, triathlons, or simply swimming for health and enjoyment, our program accommodates diverse motivations and encourages progress at every level.

    Beyond physical fitness, the Masters program emphasizes community and camaraderie. We promote regular attendance, active engagement, and a positive team atmosphere that makes swimming both rewarding and social. Participants are encouraged to set personal goals and celebrate milestones, creating a culture of encouragement and achievement.

  • 5:45 a.m. - 6:00 a.m. Activation 
  • 6:00 a.m. - 7:30 a.m. Alder Pool 
Thursday:
  • 5:45 a.m. - 6:00 a.m. Activation
  • 6:00 a.m. - 7:30 a.m. Alder Pool 
Sunday: 
  • 5:45 a.m. - 6:00 a.m. Activation
  • 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. Alder Pool 
Masters for all levels: 
 
This season, we will be opening all available Masters sessions to swimmers of diverse levels. Workouts will provide varying levels of challenge and intensity to fit your goals and degree of experience. This truly is the place to get the most out of your swimming participation!
