OSAC swimmers & families:
The Big Blue Jays are in the World Series for the first time in 32 years – our Fall/Autumn colours and weather have been breathtaking; Halloween is on the horizon. That can only mean one thing – It’s time to RACE!
23 Big Blue swimmers will head to Orangeville this weekend to compete in the Spooky Splash Invite. Lots of updates and final meet information on our Team Website Event/Meet tab page. Are you/your swimmer going to show your spirit in the Costume events?

A few contingents of OSAC swimmers will be in attendance to watch this meet live as early as tonight and later on in the weekend. Enjoy watching the top swimmers in the World. What do you see? What do top swimmers do on Meet Day? Activations & Warm-up? How do they look/focus behind the blocks?
Here at home many workouts will continue, in support of our non-racing swimmers. TEAMREACH has all the info you need on workout/coach availability for your group. Keep on Swimming.

Important Dates:
Friday, October 24th – Deadline for Registration (Attend/Decline, + Notes) to our Home Hosted Meet (November 14-16th) (Tides, Waves, All Comp)
Wednesday, October 29th – Pumpkin Carving at St. Mary’s High School 530pm / No Waves or Comp Bronze workout. This event is Splash Friendly and open to all of our swim groups.
Thursday, October 30th – Deadline for Registration (Attend/Decline, + Notes) for AGI-Etobicoke (A Gold group initiative ideal for those that are light on early season racing, or NOT attending Brantford – choose 1 or more days)
Early November – online meeting for Brantford TEAM TRAVEL meet information and commitment confirmations. Stay Tuned. All COMP – Select Waves.
November 10-12th – Tentative Pool ‘shutdown’ around Roof Renovation/Completion. Stay tuned for workout updates modifications projected for this week.
November 14-16th – Home Hosted Team Challenge / All hands on deck and in the hospitality room.
Before we know it, the snow will be flying.
