12s Gold

12s Gold is focused on learning to race and perform in meets with multiple sessions over mulitple days. The goal of this group is to achieve mulitple Vancouver & Fraser Divisional times accross mulitple strokes and distances with a focus on swimming all 5 200's effectively by the end of the season.  This group is the top 20 athletes who are 11 or 12yrs old as of Feb. 23, 2024 based off their 200 IM. This group requires at least one swim meets every two months to remain eligible.

12s Silver

12s Silver is PSW's introduction to racing stage. The goal of this group is to swim at least 100m of all 4 strokes by the end of the season under 1:45.  This group is the next 20 athletes who are 11 or 12yrs old as of Feb. 23, 2024 based off their 200 IM. While there is no swim meet requirement for this group, it is strongly encouraged to allow these athletes to progress throughout the program.

12s Bronze

12s Bronze is PSW's competitive program for swimmers who are 11 or 12yrs old as of Feb. 23, 2024. The goal of this group is to achieve their LMR time in the 200 IM (under 4:00) and progress to LMR level swim meets by the end of the season. While there is no swim meet requirement for this group, it is strongly encouraged to allow these athletes to progress throughout the program.
