CAST meet this weekend The final meet of the summer is upon us. The meet is Sunday at GHHS. It is a decent sized meet with 370+ swimmers. CAST has 58 swimmers in the meet. Because of the overall number of swimmers and the size of our group, and being meet hosts, we are warming up prior to the other teams. We have most of the jobs filled, but we still need a few volunteers to step forward and fill the remaining spots. Please step forward and volunteer.
