Weekly Updates

We have a couple weekly updates to share with everyone including some changes to this weeks practice schedule - 

This week a group of swimmers from Fast Fins Elite will be headed to Fort Lauderdale for a training trip and swim meet! There will be some practice adjustments this week to accommodate half of our coaching staff being out of town. 

There will be NO 9-10:30am practice Tuesday through Friday this week at TBarM. 

There will be NO practices at Plano LAfitness this coming Thursday the 19th in the afternoon or evening. 

There will be NO practices at Greenhill this coming Saturday the 21st. 

There are alternative practice time options for all of these groups, so please reach out if this affects your schedule and would like a makeup time option! 

We would like to welcome to everyone our new Assistant Swim Coach hire - Mia Springborn. Mia will be assisting with coaching all training groups over the summer and is able to provide extra time options for private training sessions. Mia was a competitive swimmer growing up, was the captain of her high school swim team, has experience coaching for another local swim team and currently attends UT Austin!
