Weekly Updates

This past week a group of swimmers from Fast Fins Elite were in Fort Lauderdale for a swim training camp! They had a hard week of training (4hrs each day), followed by a swim meet at the International Swimming Hall of Fame pool! They trained hard, raced hard and had some great team bonding time. We look forward to our next team trip and hope more athletes can join!

This week is a normal training week, no practice time adjustments! Thank you to everyone for their flexibility with the summer madness! 

Please check the team calendar on our app or website for final event deadlines approaching. There are a few more Wednesday dryland workouts being offered at Athletic Republic, last couple swim meets and time trials! We are on to the last 5 weeks of our 2024-2025 swim season.
