Just a couple reminders and updates to share with everyone!
Deadlines for our Team Day at Six Flags, Halloween Time Trial and the November Rockwall USA Swim Meet are approaching within the next week! These are open to ALL swimmers except the USA Swim Meet which Is open to swimmers in Grey level and higher.
There will be NO practices this Friday, Saturday and Sunday due to the two swim meets taking place this weekend. There will be a dryland workout available for all swimmers who aren’t participating in the meet on Saturday at Athletic Republic (13621 Neutron Rd). 9-10am will be for athletes 10&Under, 10-11am for athletes aged 11&Over. If you need an alternative practice option please reach out!
