Good Afternoon!
We have a couple updates to share with everyone -
All practices are normal this week with fall break going on.
Deadlines have now passed for the Halloween Time Trial and November Rockwall Swim Meet.
Our summer 2026 training trip is set! We will be going to Boulder, Colorado and training at the University of Colorado from June 9-13. Some highlights of the trip include being able to train at altitude with dryland and swim workouts, adventure courses, outdoor activities, and a full college campus tour! The deadline to signup is currently February 1st, however with limited spots due to travel and pool space etc., we will be capping the event at 40 athletes.
