Weekly Updates

Just a couple updates/adjustments this week - 

There will be NO practices/private lessons Monday (3rd) at the LAfitness Walnut/Skillman location this week. All other locations will be running as normal. 

With majority of the swim team participating in the swim meet this weekend in Rockwall, there will be NO practices at any of the locations this coming Saturday and Sunday (8th and 9th). 

There will be a weekend dryland workout that anyone can join as a makeup practice opportunity. 10&U dryland workout will be 9-10am and 11&O dryland workout will be held 10-11am at Athletic Republic North Dallas (13621 Neutron Rd.). If anyone needs an alternative option for cancelled practices please reach out!
