Last few changes to practice schedule due to holidays, thank you everyone for understanding!

Also, reminder - there are 2 days left to sign up for the January Time Trial! This is open to ALL swimmers and is an important part of our training program for coaches to track progress in swimmers race skills, speed and technique in a competitive environment before official USA Swim meets so we hope all can join!

December 27th - There will be NO 11:15-12:00p dryland workout at Greenhill School. All other swim and dryland sessions at Greenhill will continue as normal tomorrow. 

December 31st & January 1st - ALL practices will be cancelled.
