How To Sign Up For Swim Meets

 

To sign your swimmer up for a swim meet, you will have to first make sure you have dowloaded the "OnDeck" app to your phone.

Once you have downloaded the app, you can log in using the log in information you use for the website (TeamUnify).

Once logged in, go to events/meets and you will see a list of the swim meets the team plans to attend.

  • Please read the meet description for each meet. This will tell you what swimmers can/should attend each meet and if the meet has time standards.

 

  • To RSVP you will click the meet and at the top it will say attend or decline. This will allow you to commit or not commit your child to the meet.

(If you have more than one child swimming you will have to do this for each of them.)

 

*Please RSVP even if you are NOT attending. This lets us know you did not forget or that you did not see the meet.

 

** ONLY SWIMMERS COMMITTED WILL BE ENTERED

 

*** Please take note of registration deadlines

  • Some meets will only allow you to accept or decline. Others will allow you to pick events. If you do not pick events, they will be picked for you.
  • Events chosen by a swimmer/parent will still need to be approved by a coach and if changes need to be made to best meet the goals of the season, the coach may adjust the entries before they are turned in.
  • Meet fees will be invoiced to your account once entries have been submitted and a confirmation has been sent from the host team. Once you have been invoiced, fees must be paid prior to the start of the meet, regardless of meet attendance (please see Tsunamis Fee Schedule for more details).
