Shark Tank SCM Meet

This event is the other pool meet we host—so please swim in it or volunteer to help out. Many swimmers across the country don’t get an opportunity to swim short course meters, so this is an excellent opportunity to get yourself a national Top 10 ranking—are you up for the challenge?

Team Banquet

Every year we have a banquet celebrating individual and team accomplishments from the previous year. Great food and drink, lots of great stories and photos, and spending time with friends and fellow swimmers make this a must-attend event. Bumpy Jones Classic

The Bumpy Jones Classic is our big Sharks Masters fundraiser every year in June. The meet has been held, in different incarnations, for more than 20 years. All team members are encouraged to participate by signing up and swimming in the meet. If you don't wish to swim, please sign up for one of the important volunteer functions. The meet is named for our very own Burwell “Bumpy” Jones, a 1952 Olympian and lifelong swimmer. Bumpy passed away in February 2021 at the age of 87. Bumpy has always been and will continue to be a great inspiration to our team.
