- Gracie Weyant 100, 200 breaststroke
Emma Weyant, Riverview HS graduate, took an Olympic red shirt year from the University of Virginia to train with Coach Brent Arckey of the Sarasota Sharks. Emma Weyant is a current member of the United States National Team and 2019 National Champion in the 400 Individual Medley. Emma will be seeded second going into Olympic Trials in the 400 Individual Medley. The top 2 swimmers in this event will qualify for the Olympic Games. US National Jr Team member, Natalie Manion will compete in the 200 backstroke and 100 backstroke.
The Sarasota Sharks team will be hosting a send-off for the Sharks US Olympic Trials team at 5:15 on Friday, May 28th in the Selby Aquatic Center.
