Group Practice Schedule
Competitive Team
The SwordFish Competitive Team offers 120-minute practice sessions, four days per week, designed for swimmers who are committed to structured training and team competition. Athletes follow a seasonal, goal-oriented training plan that emphasizes consistent practice attendance and active participation in swim meets.
Training sessions incorporate a balance of aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, challenging swimmers both physically and mentally while supporting long-term athletic development and peak performance.
Expectations & Commitments:

Swimmers are expected to attend at least 80% of all scheduled practices

Swim meet participation is required for all SwordFish Competitive Team members

Dryland training is integrated into practice sessions to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall athletic performance
