Kailua Town Party - April 2025

Aulea volunteers were so busy helping with event set up and clean up that we didn't get a full group picture. Swimmers, parents, and coaches helped vendors and organizers with tents, tables, chairs, boxes, merchandise, etc.

Special Olympics Hawaii Summer Games - June 2024

The sun, smiles and cheers were abundant at the Special Olympics Hawaii Summer Games on Sunday, June 9th at University of Hawaii at Manoa. Mahalo Aulea volunteers for supporting SOHI swimmers!

Kailua Town Party April 2024 and Special Olympics Regional Games May 2024

Aulea swimmers, parents, and coaches were hard at work in Kailua town on Sunday, April 28th on set up and clean up duty at the Kailua Town Party. Some swimmers pulled a double shift and others attended the Mamizuka Invitational and then helped with the breakdown. Great job Aulea!

On Saturday May 4th Aulea volunteers enjoyed a beautiful day at Kaiser High School pool supporting the swimmers participating in the Special Olympics Regional Games.

Special Olympics Hawaii Summer Games - June 2023

Aulea had the honor of supporting our fellow swimmers at the Special Olympics 2023 Summer Games. It was a beautiful day filled with sunny skies, the loudest cheers, and the biggest smiles from competitors and volunteers! Thank you Special Olympics Hawaii for the opportunity and congratulations to all who competed!

Kailua Town Party - April 2023

The Kailua Town Party was back in 2023 after a 3 year hiatus and Aulea swimmers and families from Intro through Senior Elite showed up in a big way to help with event set up and break down.

The Shelter Kaneohe Donation Drive - December 2022

Aulea families generously donated gift cards, clothing, toiletries, dishware, household goods, toys/games, bedding, and more to The Shelter. The Shelter in Kaneohe provides drug- and alcohol-free transitional housing to homeless women and their children.

Memorial Day Lei Making

Thanks to the generosity of Aulea members and the hard work of the parents and kids, Aulea presented 265 lei to the Kailua District Park that were used in the 69th Annual Mayor's Memorial Day ceremony at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl on Monday, May 28, 2018.
