Aulea wants to ensure its members have the proper uniforms, equipment and Aulea “spirit wear” to wear proudly at meets and events. Please refer to the Aulea Handbook for uniform policies.

You have three ways of obtaining products:

Check with Aulea’s Volunteer Equipment Manager, Anna Verderame, about her current inventory of Aulea swim caps, t-shirts, towels, trucker hats, goggles and fins. Email her at [email protected] and she will make arrangements for delivery. The cost will be charged to your Aulea account.​ 

 Gear Nights are held:   every Monday 16:15-18:30pm(during  practice) at Kokokahi YWCA Pool ( mini-store)

                                           every Wednesday  17:00-18:30( during practice) at Kailua District Pool( full store)                                                                                     

Order online through our partner Swim & Tri and products will be shipped to your home or

 shop the entire SwimOutlet website and Aulea gets a percentage of your total!

 

Swim Caps

 

Aulea requires swimmers to wear an Aulea cap during swim meets (some exceptions apply). They can wear no cap or another type of cap during practices. Silicone caps as shown above are $11. Also, 3-4 times a year the equipment team coordinates customized Aulea swim caps (with your child's name on it). Watch out for emails or go to the Swim and Tri web site for how to order a customized cap.

 

Team Uniform – Swim Suit

Effective September 2015, Aulea has new policies regarding competition swim suits. Please refer to Swim Store/12U suit policy or Swim Store/13+ suit policy for specific policies. You can order all suits through Swim and Tri (see above). Please talk to  Head Coach Joe Glenn if you have any questions about the policy, sizing or types of suits. Please also refer to the Performance suit Q&As (last tab under Swim Store) for more info.

 

 Aulea T-shirts

Aulea asks that swimmers wear Aulea t-shirts to meets and while traveling with the team. Purchase through Swim and Tri or ask Aulea’s Volunteer Equipment Manager.

 

Practice Equipment (can be purchased through Aulea’s Volunteer Equipment Manager or on Aulea portal at SwimAndTri.com): 

INTRO 1/2/3:  Goggles, cap (for long hair), kickboard, fins, mesh bag.

BRONZE:  Fins, kickboard, cap, goggles, mesh bag and water bottle (center mount snorkel, optional but recommended).

SILVER : Fins, kickboard, cap, goggles, center mount snorkel, small pull buoy, mesh bag and water bottle, (paddles optional).
 
GOLD :   paddles, center mount snorkel, fins, pull buoy, kickboard, cap, goggles, mesh bag and water bottle.
 
PLATINUM:  paddles, center mount snorkel, fins, pull buoy, kickboard, cap, goggles, mesh bag and water bottle.

NATIONAL PREP: paddles, center mount snorkel, fins, pull buoy, kickboard, cap, goggles, mesh bag and water bottle.

SENIOR:   paddles, center mount snorkel, fins, short fins (advanced senior), kickboard, pull buoy, cap, goggles, mesh bag and water bottle.
