Swim of the meet for HVDA was Lucas Kulisek and his 200 freestyle. Really his whole meet but this is the one that stood out the most.

Swim of the meet for the CCAQ meet was Mason Ormonde with his first place finish in the 400 freestyle. Great swim and great efforts.

Swim of the meet for CCAQ trails and finals was Aashna Shah in her 3 second drop in the 100 freestyle.

Summer Champs THURSDAY PRELIMS We kick off the final meet of the long course season at Mt Sac college swim pool with some fierce swimming and some fierce competition. Up first for the HYDRO swimmers we have Ayla Almadani swimming her 100 butterfly going a lifetime best with a 1:20.99 and dropping .49 coming back to finals in 14th place. Good luck this evening. Next up we had Aashna Shah swimming her 100 freestyle. Staying on her time but dropping 3.45 from the entry time and taking 47th place overall....

I wanted to take this time to reflect on our first staff member Karla Galagos. I would personally like to thank you for your time and getting the frame work set for HYDRO. Thank you to the mentor you have become for our Senior Development group and our kids in general on Hydro.
