The Lemont Park District Dolphins Swim Team is a year-round competitive program dedicated to developing swimmers of all ages and abilities. Our team focuses on building strong fundamentals, promoting discipline and teamwork, and creating a positive environment where athletes can grow both in and out of the pool. With a tradition of success in the South Suburban Swim Conference, the Dolphins continue to raise the bar each season — most recently moving into the Blue Division after back-to-back conference championships. We believe in preparing athletes for long-term success through structured training phases, family involvement, and a supportive team culture. Whether your swimmer is just beginning their competitive journey or striving for regional and beyond, the Dolphins provide the coaching, community, and opportunity to help every athlete Level Up.
