Colony Red Hots Sponsorship Benefits

Sponsoring the Colony Red Hots means exposure to approximately 245 swimmers, their friends and families at each Swim Meet. Championships boasts more than 4000 spectators and swimmers.

CRH Swim Team Families: Earn up to $500 off your family's registration for bringing in a team sponsor

The Colony Red Hots Swim Team has three sponsorship levels to choose from: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Here are the benefits for each sponsorship level:*


BRONZE SPONSORS: $250

  • TEAM WEBSITE - Your company logo featured in the sponsors section of the Colony Red Hots SwimTeam website with a direct link to your designated company website.**
  • TEAM EMAILS - Your company name highlighted in weekly emails to our team families.
  • DIGITAL DISPLAY - Your company logo included on digital display at the following team events: Time Trial Meet, all Home Swim Meets, and End of Season Banquet.

SILVER SPONSORS: $500
Includes Bronze Sponsorship, plus:

  • TEAM WEBSITE, UPGRADED PLACEMENT - Your company name, logo, and tagline more prominently featured on the Colony Red Hots Swim Team website with a direct link to your designated company website.**
  • SPECIAL RECOGNITION AT HOME SWIM MEETS - Your company name highlighted during announcements at the Home Swim Meets.
  • BANNER DISPLAY AT TEAM EVENTS - Your company banner displayed at the following team events: Time Trial Meet, all Home Swim Meets, and End of Season Banquet.

GOLD SPONSORS: $1,000
Includes Silver Sponsorship, plus:

  • TEAM WEBSITE, PREMIUM PLACEMENT - Your company name, logo, tagline, and detailed company description featured in a premium section of the Colony Red Hots Swim Team website with a direct link to your designated company website.**
  • SPONSORS TABLE DISPLAY AND RAFFLE - Your company materials (flyers, brochures, promotional products, etc.) set up at a special sponsors table at the following team events: Time Trial Meet, all Home Swim Meets, and End of Season Banquet. You may also hold raffles, drawings, etc. of items to promote your business during the Home Swim Meets. Note: Your company must supply all materials.
  • PROMOTE IN-PERSON - You will be invited to announce your promotions and sponsorship during all Home Swim Meets.
  • BANNER DISPLAY AT IRVINE SWIM LEAGUE (ISL) CHAMPIONSHIP SWIM MEET - Your company banner displayed at the Colony Red Hots campsite during the ISL Championship Swim Meet in August.

OTHER DONATION OPTIONS:
In lieu of a sponsorship package above, you can also support the Colony Red Hots Swim Team in other ways:

  • Provide a flat monetary donation of any amount.
  • Donate an item or service to be raffled off at the team’s July 4th Raffle Fundraiser.
  • Donate funds to sponsor certain team ITEMS (such as new lane lines, new starting blocks, new canopies, professional head coach, trophies, record plaque, etc.) or EVENTS (such as Registration, Age Group Parties, End of Season Banquet, Beach Day, or Snack Bar).

NOTES:
* All sponsorship benefits apply to the summer swim season (late May through early August) of the current year that the sponsorship donation is received, unless otherwise noted.
** Your company logo, info, and links will be included on the Colony Red Hots Swim Team website for 12 months immediately following receipt of the sponsorship donation.

 

Help us find businesses to sponsor the Colony Red Hots swim team! You can share our Sponsorship Packet with them to provide more details.

Instructions:

1. Click here RedHots Sponsorship Packet.to fill out a Google Form.  Once you complete and submit the form, a customized cover letter and the sponsorship packet (see the templete here) will be send to your email.  After receiving the email, you can use the customized packet to reach out to potential sponsors. You can either email the packet to your business contact or mail/hand-deliver the packet printouts if preferred.

2. Contact Patti Miyake (our treasurer) at [email protected] after collecting the funding so she can activate your rebate program if the amount has met the rebate condition (see below) and write a thank you letter representing CRH Swim Team to each of your sponsors.
