2025 Quail Hill Swim Team / Sponsorship Program

Platinum Sponsor - $2500 

* Sponsors Table at every home swim meet. Meet the families from both teams and share your products and services directly with them. 

* Sponsors Presence at the following events: Welcome party and End of Season party.

*Sponsorship of A Team Party the company name will be listed as the sponsor of one of the team party events. An example of such would be the team bowling party (the Quail HIll Swim Team Bowling Party Sponsored by (company name)). Attendance by the sponsors is optional.

* Facebook activity: During the season, 4 dedicated posts about the sponsorship with a tag to your business if you have a Facebook page.

*Company logo will be displayed as a 'Platinum Sponsor' on all emails for the duration of the season.

*Company name will be displayed in largest font on our Team Banner that will be displayed at ALL swim meets, approximately 400 people at each event hosted at the Commons Pool.

*Special Public Announcement and mention of your business name over the PA system at each home swim meet (3 home meets) with approximately 400 people at each event.

*Company name will be featured as 'Platinum Sponsor' on the Quail Hill Barracudas website with a logo link to your business.

*Sponsorship length: is from June 1, 2025-May 31, 2026

Gold Sponsor- $1500
