QHST AND ISL REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

At Registration, each swimmer pays the total Quail Hill Swim Team ("QHST") and Irvine Swim League ("ISL") fees for the current season. The summer season begins on June 5th of the current year and ends in the second week of August with the end of year party, so families must let the team know in advance of the beginning of the season to make sure wait-listed families are able to join the team.

Swim families who wish to withdraw from the team and be considered for a refund, as outlined below, must properly notify the current board members in writing or by email. Written notification of withdrawals and refund requests are required and can be sent via email to the Team Registrar, Jane Choi ([email protected]) with subject line "Registrar- Withdrawal."  Please note that the QHST and ISL have separate refund policies.

QHST registration fee refund policy:

• Drops before April 30, full refund of the QHST fee will be issued, regardless of whether the team has a waitlist. If payment was made by credit card, processing fees may apply. 

• Drops during May 1-15, 50% refund will be issued. If payment was made by credit card, processing fees may apply.

• Drops after May 15, NO REFUND of the QHST fee will be issued. 

ISL fee refund policy is as follows:

• Drops before June 1, full refund of the $60 ISL fee. If payment was made by credit card, processing fees will be deducted.

• Drops on or after June 1, NO REFUND of the $60 ISL fee.

Credit Card Policy: 

If you choose to pay via credit card there will be an additional $0.30 + 2.95% fee per transaction added to your total.
