Neil Godse
Hello! My name is Neil Godse, and I'm super excited to coach for Stonegate Seahawks this summer. I'm 17 years old, and just graduated from Northwood High School. This is my fourth year coaching Seahawks. As a former Stonegate elementary student, and having lived in Stonegate for more than 10 years, I’m familiar with and understanding of common experiences in this diverse community. I  have been swimming since I was 2 (technically), and started competitive training at age 7, now on NOVAquatics Senior Silver and the Northwood Swim team. I believe swimming is an important life skill that everyone should have, and it's fun and allows you to de-stress.  As an assistant coach, I am excited to instruct and motivate our swimmers, so that our team can grow and thrive, allowing Stonegate to become the best ISL team out there. See you on deck!

Amy Kong

Hello everyone! My name is Amy Kong, and I am one of your coaches this year! I will be a senior for this upcoming school year at Irvine Hugh School. I am part of my high school’s varsity swim team and also Novaquatics. I am so excited to be part of this team this season and help our swimmers grow their love for swim!

Neel Shah

Hey there! My name is Neel Shah, I’m 16 years old, and an upcoming junior sophomore at Northwood High School. My love for swimming started when I was thrown in the water at the age of 1, which has led me to swim competitively with Irvine Novaquatics since I was 8 years old, and I’ve been a part of Stonegate Seahawks ever since it started in 2018. I’ve been to many meets, including several Spring JOs, Summer JOs, and Far Western in Northern California, along with being on my school's swim team for the past 2 years. I am looking forward to being an assistant coach on the Stonegate Seahawks this year. From being a volunteer coach last year, and a team captain the year before that, the bonds that I felt I made over the summer encouraged me to want to continue coaching. I love coaching young swimmers and love to see them continue to increase their passion for swimming.  Some hobbies I have outside of swimming are playing the piano, surfing, and cooking. Here is to another great swim season! Go Seahawks!

Aahana Soni

Hello! My Name is Aahana Soni, I am a sophomore at Northwood High School and I am excited to be part of Seahawks this year as an assistant coach. I started swimming at the age of 5 through ISL, and from just one summer of fun, I knew that this was something that I wanted to continue to be part of. My parents then put me into club swimming with NOVA Aquatics, and I've competitively swam with them for 14+ years. I just recently moved to SOCAL Aquatics to continue my devotion for this sport. Throughout this season, I hope to share my passion for swimming with all the kids and help them make memories of a lifetime. I look forward to helping build this team to its full potential and to continue our legacy for future seahawks to come! Let's go Seahawks!

 Ava Tran

My name is Ava Tran, and I am a sophomore at Crean Lutheran High School. I swim for Aquazot Swim Club, my high school team, and have been swimming with ISL since I was 5 years old. I hope that this season I can share the warmth of the Seahawks family and my passion for swimming with you all. I am extremely excited to be working with everyone this summer and cannot wait for the season to begin.

Dillon Tran

I started swimming in ISL as a 5-year-old and fell in love with the sport then. For the past 12 years, I has been swimming in school, Club, and ISL, growing as a person and a swimmer. I joined the Stonegate Seahawks in the first year of its inception and, since then, have loved seeing the team grow and evolve into what it is today. Before going off to college, I want to spend one more year with the team and the swimmers I have trained with. I am excited to spend this summer with the team one last time!

Sophia Xiong

Hi everyone! I'm Sophia and I'm so excited to be coaching again this year. I'm entering senior year at Northwood High School where I hopefully will meet some of you! I've participated in competitive water polo and swim for a few years but I've been enjoying the water since a very young age. Sports has given me so many valuable skills and friendships, and I hope to share those experiences with all of you. Looking forward to fun practices and a season of new memories-- Go seahawks!
