Refund Policy

 

Families wishing to withdraw their swimmers from the team and receive a refund must properly notify the current Seahawks Board in writing. An email expressing an intent to withdraw must be sent to the Seahawks Registrar ([email protected]) in a timely manner. Emails should be sent with "Registration Withdrawal" in the subject line.

Early notification of withdrawal allows families on the waitlist to join our team by the time the season begins. Please be aware that Stonegate Seahawks Swim Team and Irvine Swim League (ISL) have separate refund policies. All online credit card transaction fees are nonrefundable. Refunds will only be offered if the written request is received by the following deadlines:

 

Stonegate Seahawks Swim Team Registration Fee and Capital Improvement Fee:                      

  • 100% refundable if your swimmer does not pass the water safety test (minus credit card transaction fees)
  • 100% refundable through April 14th (minus credit card transaction fees)
  • 50% refundable between April 15th - April 30th (minus credit card transaction fees)
  • No refunds on or after May 1st

 

ISL Registration Fee ($60):

  • 100% refundable before June 1st
  • No refund will be given if the request is received on June 1st or later       

 

All Credit Card Transaction Fees Are Nonrefundable

We will only refund the team registration fee, capital improvement fee, and ISL fee according to the schedule and terms listed above. We will NOT refund credit card transaction fees because those fees are collected by SportsEngine and not the swim team.
