35th Annual FROSTY FROLIC

ELIGIBILITY The Frosty Frolic is open to swimmers who are 10 and under as of January 4, 2026. Swimmers will swim in events according to their age as of January 4, 2026.
LOCATION The Elizabethtown College Pool is located in the Baugher Student Center. (map and parking details on page 4) Parking is located behind the Student Center. The building entrance is marked with a yellow star.
FACILITY The Elizabethtown College Alumni Pool has a six (6) lane 25-yard pool with non-turbulent lane lines. A Colorado timing system with touchpads and display board will be used. Spectator bleachers as well as off-deck spectator seating areas are available.
ENTRY FEES Entry fees are $8.00 per individual event and $8.00 per relay swimmer.
ENTRY DEADLINE Entries will be accepted until Saturday, December 20, 2025. Participation will be limited to the first 275 swimmers. There is no limit on the number of events each swimmer may enter. (event schedule on page 3)
ENTRY SUBMISSION Please use the Hy-Tek Team Manager file to create your team’s entries. Entries must be submitted as a team.
1. Email the team entries to [email protected]
2. Include a Meet Entry Fee Report. This will be used to validate your entries.
A confirmation email will be sent when team entries are received.
TEAM PAYMENT Please send one check with full payment of team entry fees postmarked no later than Saturday, December 20, 2025. Include a paper copy of your Meet Entry Fee Report (last page) with the check payable to: Elizabethtown Aquatic Club.

MEET SCHEDULE
- 9:00 AM – doors open (no "snow date" is available, but the schedule could be adjusted due to weather)
- 9:20 AM – warmups begin
- 10:20 AM – return scratch reports to the scoring table on the pool deck
- 10:40 AM – officials and timers meeting
- 11:00 AM – swim meet begins
SWIMMER SEATING Swimmers will be staged in the KAV, a large group room. Due to space constraints, chairs are not permitted in the KAV. Spectator/family member seating will be outside of the KAV in the various upholstered seating areas.
SWIMMER STAGING Swimmers will be staged in the KAV by EAC volunteers. Two team volunteers, designated by each team, should assist in the KAV to send their team’s swimmers to the staging corner. These volunteers will have free admission, may bring a chair into the KAV, and are able to come and go to watch their swimmer’s events.

AWARDS Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Ribbons will be awarded for 4th through 10th place.
CANDY GRAMS Candy grams can be purchased for $1 and delivered to other swimmers at the event.
REFRESHMENTS The Jay’s Nest at Elizabethtown College will be open from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with the grill closing at 3:00 PM. Featured items include hot breakfast sandwiches and hashbrowns, grilled lunch options and sides, grab-and-go breakfast and lunch items, and a variety of snacks, drinks, and desserts.
FROSTY FROLIC T-SHIRTS & SWEATSHIRTS Event shirts can be ordered until Friday, December 19, 2025. Orders will be given to a team coach at the Frosty Frolic event. https://stores.inksoft.com/frosty_frolic/shop/home Orders after this date can be shipped to your home.
ADMISSION $5 per person. 12 & under are free. Meet events and results will be available through the Meet Mobile app.
