EAC is excited to offer spring/summer training to prepare USA swimmers for long-course meets this summer.  Note: Registration in a USA LCM is not a requirement for registration.

Training will be offered at three sites to gradually prepare swimmers for long-course.  The following schedule is listed below:

Elizabethtown College, 1 Aplha Way, Elizabethtown, PA 17022:

• 4/15, 4/17, 4/18, 4/22, 4/24, 4/25, 4/29; 7-8:30 PM
• 5/1, 5/2, 5/6, 5/8, 5/9; 6:15-7:45 PM

Willowood Swim Club, 600 W Bainbridge Street, Elizabethtown, PA 17022:

• 5/31 7-8:30 PM,
• 6/2 8:30-10 AM,
• 6/7 7-8:30 PM,
• 6/9 8:30-10 AM

Lancaster County Park, 1050 Rockford Rd, Lancaster, PA 17602

• 6/11. 6/13, 6/14, 6/18, 6/20; 7-8:30 AM
