EAC is again offering 2025 spring/summer training to prepare USA swimmers for long-course meets this summer (or a pre-season tuneup and compliment for Summer swim league).  Note: Participation in a USA LCM is not a requirement for registration but highly encouraged.

Training will be offered at three sites to gradually prepare swimmers for long-course.  The following schedule is listed below:

Hempfield Rec Center, 1251 Stony Battery Rd, Landisville PA 17538:

• 4/14, 4/16, 4/17, 4/21, 4/23, 4/24, 4/28, 4/30,
• 5/1, 5/5, 5/7, 5/8, 5/12, 5/14, 5/15; 
• All Practices: 7:30-9 PM

Willowood Swim Club, 600 W Bainbridge Street, Elizabethtown, PA 17022:

• 5/30, 6/1, 6/6 & 6/8; 8-9 PM

Lancaster County Park, 1050 Rockford Rd, Lancaster, PA 17602

• 6/10 6/12, 6/13, 6/17, 6/19, 6/20, 6/24, 6/26; 7-8:30 AM
