PARENTS

• For parents, click here for easy access:  https://learn.usaswimming.org/ users/sign_up
• Fill in YOU (Parent) info.  YOUR name and YOUR birthdate. 
• Choose a password.  Any password you like.
• Then under the LSC drop menu, click down arrow and the first option is Not Affiliated with USA swimming.  CLICK THAT!
• Click the BLUE box that says COURSES
• On the right hand side, you’ll see a box that has “2 courses Safe Sport Recognized Club Program Courses”  CLICK ADD COURSES
• On the left hand side, there is a box that says Parent Guide to Misconduct in Sports.  CLICK START
• You will be redirected to the course.  On the left hand side, choose English (or preferred language)
• You will see the first slide.  All slides MUST BE WATCHED and then you will have the ability to click the “next” arrow on the bottom right.
• At the completion of the course, there are directions to follow to download or print a certificate.

NON-USA SWIMMERS (this is all swimmers under 10 as well as those older than 10 who have not yet met the requirement for USA swimming – or those who choose not to swim USA)

• Fill in SWIMMER INFO.   SWIMMER name and SWIMMER birthdate. 
• Choose a password.  Any password you like.
• Then under the LSC drop menu, click down arrow choose Middle Atlantic Swimming
• Under the TEAM please choose TOPS
• Click the BLUE box that says COURSES
• On the right hand side, you’ll see a box that has “2 courses Safe Sport Recognized Club Program Courses”  CLICK ADD COURSES
• On the right hand side, there is a box that says Safe Sport for Athletes.  CLICK START
• You will be redirected to the course. 
• You will see the first slide.  All slides MUST BE WATCHED and then you will have the ability to click the “next” arrow on the bottom right.

USA SWIMMERS

• Fill in SWIMMER INFO.   SWIMMER name and SWIMMER birthdate.  Press Enter
• You should see your swimmer’s name.  Click CONTINUE
• Verify that you have parent consent.  Click GO TO LEARN
• Click on Safe Sport for Athletes
• You will see the first slide.  All slides MUST BE WATCHED and then you will have the ability to click the “next” arrow on the bottom right.
