Swimmers are not permitted in the balcony area or hallway during their swim session. Once on deck, the swimmer is to remain on deck until the conclusion of their swims and cool down.

Swimmers are not to leave the meet without checking with a TOPS coach.

USA EXPECTATIONS

No parents on deck unless timing or volunteering.

Parents must use the hallway restrooms and not the swimmer locker rooms.

No parent or non-swimmer can go into a swimmer locker room to assist their young swimmer or use the restroom. Please plan accordingly so that your swimmer can be independent in the locker room.

- If you are on deck volunteering,  you can video and take pictures of your swimmer BUT it cannot be behind the block area. You may video or take pictures from the side of the pool or at the opposite end of the pool. Please make sure you are not in the way of officials.

- If there is an issue with your swimmer's time or there was a DQ, and you have video proof of the error or DQ, the officials CANNOT view video or look at any pictures to change an outcome. They have other means to address the discrepancy.

- No parent is to approach any official or the scorer's table before, during, or after a meet. Only swimmers and coaches are to approach the scorer's table and coaches will be happy to address any concerns, on your behalf.
