When should I file a SafeSport Report?
• Sexual Abuse or Misconduct: This includes sexual assault, sexual harassment, or any unwanted sexual contact or behavior.
• Child Abuse: Any form of abuse involving a minor must be reported.
• Emotional Abuse: Acts of confinement, isolation, verbal assault, humiliation, acts that degrade someone's dignity and self worth.
• Physical Misconduct: Any intentional act causing physical harm or trauma.
• MAAPP3.0 Violations: Read more about MAAPP by clicking the links above.
• Intimate Relationships and Power Imbalances: Ex: adults having a close or intimate relationship with a minor athlete. Scenarios when a power imbalance may be used to curry actions or favors.
