Hey! I'm Téa, the Head Coach of Developmental at Life Time Swim Omaha. I have been swimming competitively for 10 years, and have been coaching for 2 years. I am a senior at Gretna High School, and looking forward to my college career. Swimming has been a huge part of my life since second grade, and I hope to get to continue that love and growth with my coaching. It is an amazing way to train your body and calm the mind.

My favorite stroke has always been backstroke, but within recent years I've started to love butterfly. My favorite animal is a hammerhead shark, because they are kinda silly, but also strong and fast.
