Board Members Present: President Wolner and Vice President Jorgenson, Secretary Amy Drazkowski, Craig Porter, Tammy Lozenski, Tasha Almatrok, Adrienne Lofgren

The Board discussed the recent meeting with the City of Winona regarding the use of

the Bob Welch Aquatic Center for the 2014 meet in July. The City has increased their

fees, and the club has decided to go with one of the options presented. This is a

significant cost increase to the club, as no fees were charged prior to this year. The

club will also be taking over the concessions area of the meet this year. Ongoing

discussions are taking place with the City to negotiate this contract.

Club advertising did go out, and the radio ads have been taped.

The information for the Park Recreation summer guide was not received by the city in

time to make it into their flyer.

The increase of fees was also discussed. No amount was decided at this time.

Tasha discussed the fundraising opportunities at the Black Horse and it was decided

that a taco bar or pork chop dinner would be the most profitable. A date will be decided

at a later meeting. Adrienne suggested that fundraising dollars be collected at the same

time as registration fees like other programs require. No action was taken on this issue.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
