It’s been a strange and challenging swimming year, for our Patriot Family, starting with the suspension of our training for three months in March 2020 and continuing with the limited access to training, when we were final able to get back into the water mid June 2020. Our swimmers went into this short course season with half the practice time of a normal season, and no swim meets to sharpen their racing skills. Congratulations to Finn Quested on Making the USA Swimming's "Top 10" list for 11 year old Male Swimmers. The "Top 10" list is updated regularly and actually records the top 20 swims in each age, gender and event.  (beginning at age 11) At our Holiday Invitational, Finn's 103.38 in the 100 Yard Backstroke earned him the 20th fastest time in the nation for 11 year old Boys.

We had originally planned a time trial @ Beacon on 9/27, as an easy introduction to racing, for all our new 12 & Under Swimmers, but had to remove it from our schedule as we have to attend the Metropolitan Swimming House of Delegates meeting on that date.
