Hey Dolphins Swimmers! Wondering how fast you can swim that 50 or 100 Free? Or one of the other strokes you have been working on with your coaches? Find out at tomorrow's Block Friday Practice!! You will have the opportunity to swim an event or two for a time.... see if your time has improved from a previous swim or if you have not swam it before, see how fast you are! We are also looking for a couple of volunteers to help out with the timing at the practice....
